Now, each couple is so totally different, and therefore have different needs. No two coordination days are the same, and this service is tailored to what you both need support with most. However, to give you the low down on what it essentially covers…

The support kicks off from the moment we connect. Our inbox is always open for you to lean into for advice, support, decision making etc etc..

The official handover meeting is hosted 4-6 weeks out. We’ll meet with you to go through all your hard work, understand your vision and audit your plans.

Together, we will formulate smooth timelines, and functional floor plans.

We’ll take over all comms with your vendors, to create some radio silence for you, and your love to get in the zone.

On the day we will be there to set up your styling, coordinate your vendors, greet your guests, manage the flow of events, ensure a smooth food and beverage service, keep the place looking dapper af, and handle any unexpected surprises - so you and your loved ones can party on!

This service runs for approximately 10 hours on the day with additional hours available for pack down support.
