  • Partial Wedding Planning

    This package allows you to partially plan your day, while we take care of making it drop-dead gorgeous, and ensuring your plans come together seamlessly on the day for you.

    We’ll create a niche concept for your styling that speaks to who you are, what you’re about, and how you do life - then execute this seamlessly, ready for the ‘woahs’ on arrival.

    Source and manage all vendors in relation to the styling & design.

    Give you access to our personalised planning portal, allowing you to track the process as you please.

    Manage your styling budget, and expectations - ensuring you get the biggest bang for your buck.

    Take care of all the logistics, contracts, and (yep, this exists) wedding-related admin, relevant to your styling.

    Take over and audit your plans in the lead up, connect with your vendors, and bring the team together.

  • On The Day Coordination

    You’ve put in the hard yards, and planned this wedding yourselves. Now you need someone to show up, and bring it all together for you on the day. Well, you’re in luck… ‘cos this is our jam.

    We will meet with you prior to the main event, go through all your hard work, understand your vision and audit your plans. Together, we will formulate smooth timelines, and functional floor plans. We will help you make those final decisions, that can blow the budget - and get you all hyped up, ready for showtime.

    On the day we will be there to set up your styling, coordinate your vendors, greet your guests, manage the flow of events, ensure a smooth food and beverage service, keep the place looking dapper af, and handle any unexpected surprises - so you and your loved ones can party on!

    Yes, we will set up your DIY styling items - however, we would always recommend hiring from a reputable company. We’ve learnt the hard way, that marketplace buys can let you down…

    This service runs for approximately 10 hours on the day - typically from 11am - 9pm

    Solo Mission | Just Jodie: $1,600 - for smaller events

    Doube Trouble | Jodie & Chandre: $2,300 - required for events with a capacity over 70 guests
